Today, the OECD stated that it will publish a new chapter in the OECD’s Transfer Pricing Guidelines regarding financial transactions on February 11^th 2020. Although a draft non-consensus document on financial transactions was already published in July 2018 after which a public consultation round was organized, the OECD did not publish any news. Therefore, we are looking forward to this new chapter. Obviously, once the chapter is available, we will provide a detailed analysis highlighting risks and opportunities on the changing tax environment.
